Regular Membership Application

Academic/Government Member: Members who possess an earned baccalaureate or higher degree in science or medicine or the academic equivalent of the above, and are currently engaged in professional activities commonly associated with cytokine and interferon research for an academic or government institution. Membership is for one, two or three years.

Industry Member: Scientists who are actively engaged as an industry representative in the field of cytokine and interferon research. Access to a worldwide network of cytokine biologists to make new business contacts, collaborate on research projects, connect with customers, and establish innovative partnerships. Membership is for one, two or three years.

Lifetime Member: Academic/Government members over the age of 55 may pay a once in a lifetime fee of $500 to remain an active member without having to renew dues ever again in the future.

The International Cytokine & Interferon Society (ICIS) is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Dues and subscriptions paid to ICIS are not considered charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, they may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Members should consult their tax advisors for further guidance. Note that an optional donation to the ICIS Member Travel Grant Fund would be considered a charitable gift (a donation separate from and in addition to your membership dues), and IS tax deductible.
